1:1 Resilience Coaching

1:1 Resilience Coaching supports any individual across your organization and helps provide insights into their experiences, their relationships with their teams, and the organization as a whole. This coaching offers Organization members at all levels a personalized experience that sets the stage for deep transformational growth in a safe and constructive space. From new members of the team to seasoned leaders, 1:1 Resilience Coaching helps to cultivate resilient ways of being for each person, uniquely, across your entire organization.

I offer 1-year or 6-month coaching commitments with the option of meeting weekly or -bi-weekly. All packages include a Discovery Session, a 3-month Calibration Session, and a Closing Integration Session. Individual and group pricing available.

Gain the advantage of receiving insights and themes on team and organizational dynamics. This is a powerful supplement when multiple individuals from a project team or leadership group engage in 1:1 coaching simultaneously. Receive a guide based on emerging data to support leadership in pursuing strategic interventions. Anonymous and individual confidentially is always honored and protected. This approach naturally produces shared growth between team members in real time over the course of the engagement, as well as opening doors to new leadership pathways for managers.
